Mustafa Ruhi Şirin
Mustafa Ruhi Şirin (* 1955 in Trabzon ) is a Turkish children's author.
Şirin is also a strong advocate for children's rights . He is the founder and chairman of the Turkish Children's Foundation .
He has been producing children's programs for Turkish radio and television stations since the 1980s.
In 1993 he won the UNESCO Children's Book Prize with his book Kuş Ağacı . His children's books have also been translated into English, Greek ( Guguklu Saatin Kumrusu ), Uzbek and Macedonian ( Masal Mektuplar ).
