Muzzle (English for mouth, mouth) was an American alternative rock band .
Band history
The band was founded by Ryan Maxwell and Wesley Nelson, who had previously played together in various metal bands. After the bass player and drummer were exchanged several times, they were able to release their debut album Betty Pickup on an independent label. A song from this album ( What a bore ) appears on the soundtrack for the film No Night Stand . They then got a record deal with Reprise Records and released the follow-up album Actual Size (the song Been hurt can be heard in the film EDtv ). The band then broke up. Maxwell and Nelson later formed a band called Young Sportsmen .
