NECTEC ( National Electronics and Computer Technology Center ) is a Thai government agency under the Ministry of Science and Technology .

NECTEC creates and oversees various open source projects, which deal primarily with the localization of software for Thailand and generally with the processing of Thai script and language within an IT system. The most important projects:
