The NK Zvijezda Gradačac is a football club from the city of Gradačac in northern Bosnia and Herzegovina , which was founded in 1922 and is nicknamed Zmajevi (dragon), which is due to the city's greatest hero, Husein Gradaščević . The club currently plays in the second highest Bosnian league, the Prva Liga FBiH . The club's venue is Banja Ilidža and has a capacity of 4,000 spectators. The coach is the Serb Ratko Ninković and the president of the club is the Bosnian Fadil Novalić .

The club played in the Premijer Liga for the first time in the 2008/09 season . The club made the ascent without defeat with 21 points ahead of the runner-up and 112 goals scored with only 8 goals conceded. The club finished the 2014/15 season in 16th place, with 25 points and relegated to the second-rate Prva Liga FBiH .
