The NSB Skd 211 series rail tractor was used by Norges Statsbaner ( German  Norwegian State Railways ) in Norway from 1945 . It was a DR small locomotive, class II , manufactured by Borsig in Berlin . The locomotive was used for smaller transport tasks and for shunting on connecting railways and in stations.

history

In 1934 Borsig built the locomotive under number 14522 for the Deutsche Reichsbahn as Kö 4462. It had a driver's cab with doors and sheet metal cladding. During the Second World War the locomotive came to Norway and stayed there in 1945 after the Wehrmacht withdrew .

Whereabouts

The locomotive was in service in Oppdal in 1960 and was taken out of service on December 13, 1963 and then scrapped.
