The NVwZ-Jurisprudence-Report Administrative Law (abbreviated: NVwZ-RR ) is a legal journal in which exclusively judicial decisions, mainly from administrative law and its subsidiary areas, are printed.
The journal contains decisions from the areas of constitutional law and constitutional procedural law, general administrative law and administrative procedures, building and planning law, environmental law and nature conservation, economic and commercial law, security and regulatory law, school, university and cultural law, social and health law, law of the civil service, tax law, immigration and asylum law and administrative procedural law.
The majority of the decisions come from the higher administrative courts ; In addition, there are individual decisions of the ECtHR , the ECJ , the Federal Constitutional Court and the constitutional courts of the federal states. Decisions by the Federal Administrative Court and the administrative courts are also published there.
In the case law report, decisions of lesser general importance are included, which could not be printed in the NVwZ for reasons of space. The magazine is published by the editorial team of the NVwZ. The magazine appears twice a month (23 issues a year) by CH Beck .
