Naďa Benešová

Naďa Benešová (born November 23, 1923 in Čáslav ; † May 1, 2000 there , born Naďa Skřivánková ) was a Czech badminton player , author and translator.

Career

Naďa Benešová was the first national champion in Czechoslovakia in 1961, where she was successful in both mixed and women's doubles. Seven more titles followed by 1966. She made a particular contribution to promoting badminton. She published the statistical manuals for the EBU. Professionally she worked as an author and translator.
