Sustainable and accessible urban landscapes

Sustainable and accessible urban landscapes , English Sustainable and Accessible Urban Landscapes (SAUL) , the name of one is the EU -Project. It should support the quality of life, spaces for recreation and leisure and cultural identification in old industrialized areas as a prerequisite for promoting a strong and sustainable economy.

SAUL affects projects in Amsterdam , London , Luxembourg , Rhine-Ruhr , Rhine-Main and Saarland .

The partners include a. Groundwork London, Greater London Authority , Emschergenossenschaft , Institute for State and Urban Development Research and Construction of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (ILS NRW), Planning Association for the Frankfurt / Rhein-Main conurbation, Route der Industriekultur Rhein-Main and the Saarkohlenwald project.

It is organized by Groundwork UK in London.
