Probate proceedings (Switzerland)
The probate proceedings of the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law (DCBA) governs when trying to debt restructuring , the development of a composition agreement within the (by the probate court to be approved) moratorium in which all creditors against the debtor , show a concession for the time being to whose legal or economic existence to secure; Bankruptcy and enforcement for seizure or realization of the pledge are not possible during the estate proceedings. The debtor can also initiate probate proceedings from bankruptcy proceedings.
