Pinprick
Needle stitch denotes:
- generally any stitch made with a needle
- in artisanal sewing, the stitch to connect fabrics with a seam
- in medical sewing, the stitch to unite the tissue through a seam, see sewing (medicine)
- in occupational medicine also a stab injury with sharp objects that was contaminated with blood or other body fluids, see needlestick injury
