Nadine Hampel (* 15. February 1975 in Sangerhausen ) is a German SPD - politician . From 2006 to 2016 she was a member of the state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt .

Life and work

After completing secondary school in 1990 and high school in 1993, Nadine Hampel studied law at the Martin Luther University in Halle (Saale) . She passed her first state examination in law in 1998. The second state examination in law followed four years later . Hampel has been a lawyer since 2003.

She was a member of the state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt from 2006 until she resigned her mandate in August 2016, with a brief interruption from March to May 2016, and represented the constituencies of Sangerhausen, Staßfurt, Aschersleben and Eisleben. She was a member of the Committee on Labor, Social Affairs and Inclusion, the Committee on Petitions and the Committee on Law, Constitution and Equality. She was also the spokesperson for social affairs, justice and tourism for the SPD parliamentary group. She is the deputy parliamentary group leader in the city council of Sangerhausen.
