The Namibia Professional Hunting Association ( English Namibia Professional Hunting Association ), usually only briefly NAPHA, is the professional association of hunting guides, master hunters and professional hunters as well as related persons in Namibia . He is based in Windhoek district Klein Windhoek . The association maintains a close relationship with the Namibian Ministry of Environment and Tourism and is significantly involved in the formulation of new legislation in the areas of wildlife protection and wildlife safety.

The association was founded in 1974 to promote Namibia as an international hunting destination and to protect Namibian hunting rights . Today (as of 2018) the association has over 400 members.
