The Namibian Democratic Movement for Change ( English Namibia Democratic Movement for Change , short NamDMC or NamibiaDMC ) was a Christian-Democratic party in Namibia . It was founded in October 2003. The party founder and chairman was Frans ǀGôagoseb .

Joseph Kauandenge was the party's general secretary until August 2010, but was dismissed for no reason.

In March 2012, the party was dissolved by the chairman ǀGôagoseb and an application was made to remove it from the register of parties. According to the chairman, the reason lies in the fact that small parties have no way of countering the overwhelming power of SWAPO and that their members should rather join SWAPO in order to achieve something from within. ǀGôagoseb assumes that 90 percent of his party members will switch to SWAPO.
