Nanfang caomu zhuang

Nanfang caomu zhuang ( description of the southern plants in Chinese南方 草木 狀) is an important work for the history of Chinese food and drink culture from the 4th century by Ji Han (嵇 含). There is an English translation by Li Hui-lin. An early print is that in the ancient book series ( congshu ) called Baichuan xuehai from the Southern Song Dynasty .
