Naomichi "Joe" Ozaki ( Japanese 尾崎 直道 , Ozaki Naomichi ; born May 18, 1956 in Tokushima Prefecture ) is a Japanese professional golfer on the Japan Golf Tour . He is better known as Joe Ozaki, especially in the USA, and is the younger brother of the even more successful Masashi "Jumbo" Ozaki .

He became a professional golfer in 1977 and won more than 30 tournaments on the Japan Golf Tour between 1984 and 2005 . Joe Ozaki has won the money list in the Japanese tournament series twice, in 1991 and 1999. His career prize money in Japan to date is over € 10 million.

After Isao Aoki and Jumbo Ozaki , Joe was one of the pioneers of Japanese professional golfers in international tournaments and was a welcome guest at majors and other important tournaments , especially in the 1980s and early 1990s .

In 2005 he was third in the qualification for the North American senior tournament series Champions Tour and is entitled to play there after reaching the age of 50.
