Nata de coco
Nata de coco (Portuguese / Spanish for coconut cream) is a (sweet) dish from the Philippines . It is made from bacterially fermented coconut juice and its texture is reminiscent of gelatine , but is usually more firm to the bite. The little flavorful Nata de Coco is usually flavored. It is often served in cube form as an addition to puddings or used as an ingredient for them. However, it is also used in other desserts, yogurt and even beverages.
