The National Reining Horse Association (short: NRHA) is the national German association for western dressage . She takes over the tasks of the German Equestrian Association for this discipline .
The NRHA was founded in February 1987 and currently has around 5000 members. This makes it the second largest reining association in the world after the American association of the same name .
