The National Urban League (from 2010 to 2013 City A-League , 2009 Intercity Football League , 2006 to 2008 Fubon Enterprise Football League ) is the top division of the Republic of China on Taiwan . It is organized by the Chinese Taipei Football Association (CTFA). A soccer championship has been held in Taiwan since 1983.
