The Taiwan Power Company Football Club , Taipower FC for short, is a soccer team of the Taiwan Power Company from Fengshan , Taiwan . The team currently plays in the top division and is the reigning champion. The home games are played at the Kaohsiung County Stadium. The club was founded in 1979. With fifteen championships won, the club is the country's record champion. From 1994 to 2004 he was champion 10 times in a row. In 2009 the club took part in the AFC President's Cup as Taiwan's champions .
