Let the shining light of the precious Buddha's teachings shine, for they are the gold mine of all hopes for happiness and prosperity in this life as well as in final liberation.
O protectors of religion who guard and increase the jewel of doctrine, may the works of your good deeds grow and increase!
Guard all points of the compass with mercy and love, remain firm in them like a diamond!
The divinely ordained law rules over our heads, bringing benefits a hundredfold and increasing the power of fourfold happy circumstances.
A new golden age of happiness and blessings is about to flood through the three provinces of Tibet.
Let the glory of the unity of religious and political life grow.
By spreading the teachings of the Buddha in the ten directions, may all beings in the wide world attain the splendor of peace and happiness.
May the sunlight of the teachings and wholesome actions of the people make the land of Tibet emerge victorious from the struggle against the darkness of evil and shine a hundred thousand times over with happiness.
