The Mannstein natural monument is a rock group southwest of Olsberg - Wulmeringhausen in North Rhine-Westphalia . The rock group Mannstein was founded in 2004 by the landscape plan Olsberg than 2.13  ha large natural monument reported. The Mannstein is also a legally protected biotope according to § 62 of the Landscape Act North Rhine-Westphalia, with the designation GB-4616-373 and a size of 0.71 hectares. It is surrounded by the Olsberg landscape protection area .

The rock group reaches a rock height of over ten meters. The rock vegetation consists partly of typical rock fern species. Some of the rocks are devoid of vegetation because they are in the middle of red spruce trees . The rocks are only visible in three areas. In these areas there are mainly beeches .

The landscape plan states as a requirement for the Mannstein natural monument that the spruce trees are to be removed and converted into deciduous forest.
