Nawzad (District)

Nawzad ( Pashtun نوزاد) is a district in the Afghan province of Helmand . According to the state statistics agency Central Statistics Organization (CSO), the district has 49,500 inhabitants (2012). The seat of the administration is the city of the same name Nawzad.
