The KMN Gang is a hip-hop crew from Dresden , consisting of the rappers Azet , Miami Yacine , Zuna and Nash , with the rapper Noah acting as a supporter.

history

The two rappers Nash and Azet already learned in elementary school in the district of Prohlis in Dresden know. They are the children of immigrants from crisis areas and also lived in poor conditions in Germany. As a teenager, Nash became part of the amateur rap crew Ghetto Stars , which Azet also joined a little later. However, after failures, the group was disbanded.

After half a year of absence, Azet and Nash finally founded a new group together with the rapper Insider, which they called KMN Gang. The group's first published mixtape in 2010, titled KMN Gang , only sold a hundred times. After the mixtape was released, the rapper Zuna , who was part of the group Hart am Limit until then , also became a member of the KMN gang. Several albums followed, but they were not released.

The rap crew achieved their breakthrough in 2015 with the release of the track Fuck the Police . With the following EPs Fast Life and Direction Paradies , Azet and Zuna celebrated a respectable success.

Miami Yacine joined the group in July 2016 . His first published song Kokaina was awarded a gold record by the Federal Association of the Music Industry and reached number 16 in the German single charts.

In 2017, Zuna reached number 2 in the German album charts with his album Mele 7 and number 7 with his single number 1 .

Miami Yacine reached number 5 in 2017 with its single Bon Voyage .

On June 30, 2018, their joint single KMN Member was released , which reached number 11 in the German charts.
