Nazareth Church
Nazareth Church is an Evangelical Lutheran name for several churches. The name was probably first used in Germany in 1835 on the recommendation of the Prussian King Friedrich Wilhelm III. awarded when the Nazareth Church designed by Karl Friedrich Schinkel was opened in the Berlin district of Wedding from the parish of St. Sophien . The building of the New Nazareth Church (opened in 1893) gave it the addition of the Old Nazareth Church.
