Ndoa is an Indonesian island in the Timor Archipelago ( Lesser Sunda Islands ). It belongs to the Kabupaten (administrative district) Rote Ndao in the province of East Nusa Tenggara .
Ndoa is located off the north coast of the island of Roti and, like the smaller neighboring island of Nusa Kodi , is uninhabited in the east.
