Nebulae (supercomputers)

Nebulae ( Chinese  星雲 , Pinyin Xīngyún ) is a supercomputer located in the National Supercomputing Center in Shenzhen , in the Chinese province of Guangdong . It was built with a Dawning TC3600 blade system with Intel Xeon X5650 processors and Nvidia Tesla C2050 GPUs and has a peak performance of 1.271 petaflops (measurement of the LINPACK test series, theoretical peak performance 2.9843 petaflops). Nebulae was the second fastest computer in the world in June 2010 according to the TOP500's June 2010 list .
