The second fastest supercomputer in the People's Republic of China and the third fastest in the world is located in the National Supercomputing Center in Shenzhen . Since May 2010, the supercomputer Nebulae in Shenzhen has been in second place on the TOP500 list, only surpassed by the Cray supercomputer at Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee.
