Nedre Elvehavn
Nedre Elvehavn is a district of the Norwegian city of Trondheim .
It was built in the mid-1980s on the site of the former Trondheim Mekaniske Verksted shipyard and neighboring shipyards and warehouses at the mouth of the Nidelv River . In addition to modern new buildings, the renovated red brick buildings of the former shipyard characterize this district. Residential and office space as well as a shopping center and a promenade with restaurants and cafes were created.
