The N 4411 was a midibus from Neoplan in the third generation in a low-floor design . A special feature of this model is the standard double wing door at the front. The bus is as wide as a normal bus, which is unusual for midibuses. The stainless steel floor pan and the use of standardized lightweight construction elements make the bus easy to repair and maintain. The Euro 3 diesel engines from MAN and DaimlerChrysler complied with the environmental guidelines. The rear wheel arches were also available with full fairing so that most of the wheel was no longer visible.

The bus belongs to the Centroliner family and is based on the N 4416. With the introduction of the new Centroliner generation, the bus was removed from the range. There was the Centroliner 4509 as a successor, which the Göppel company developed and built.
