Erich Stuckel

Erich Stuckel (born February 9, 1903 in Pforzheim ; † May 25, 1962 in Detmold ) was a German politician and member of the state parliament ( CDU ).

Life and work

After attending primary and secondary school , he studied at the universities in Frankfurt and Vienna . The course was followed by activities in the banking sector and as managing director of the German Society for Occupational Safety and Health and the State Association for Inner Mission and the Evangelical Relief Organization in Lippe. Stuckel was represented in numerous CDU committees. So he was u. a. Member of the state executive committee of the CDU Westphalia.

From July 13, 1954 until his death on May 25, 1962, Stuckel was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . He was elected from his party's national list. From February 1959 to May 1962 he was chairman of the CDU parliamentary group.

He was a member of the city council of Detmold from 1952.
