NetSurf is a free web browser with its own layout engine that has existed since 2007 . In addition to Windows and Unix-like operating systems such as Linux and macOS , it also supports AmigaOS , Haiku and RISC OS . There the lightweight browser is the only way to use modern websites.

It also runs on Raspberry Pi . NetSurf supports tabbed browsing and bookmarks, as of version 3.4 also JavaScript . HTML 4 and CSS 2.1 are almost completely supported for web standards .
