The two-story , traufständige stucco building with a high gable roof was built in the mid-18th century.

The western axis is extended ( Utlucht ) and crowned with a volute gable . The front door of the central portal has a diamond structure.

The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered with the number 600 in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund .
