The house with the postal address Neuer Markt 15 is a listed building in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund on the Neuer Markt .
The two-story gabled house originally standing here was extensively rebuilt in 1867. Today's three-and-a-half- storey , four-axis plastered building with eaves was created. Stucco ornamentation was placed over the windows of the first floor . In 1967 the mezzanine was expanded with round windows. During a renovation at the end of the 2000s, the arched windows were replaced again; The windows on the second floor were also decorated with stucco.
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 604.
