Neurotoxicology and Teratology , or Neurotoxicol for short . Teratol. , is a scientific journal published by Elsevier-Verlag. It was founded in 1979 under the name Neurobehavioral Toxicology ; the name was changed to Neurobehavioral Toxicology and Teratology in 1981 , before being changed again to the current name in 1987. The magazine is currently published six times a year. Works are published that deal with the influence of chemicals on the growing, adult or aging nervous system.
