New Munté
Neus Munté i Fernández (born November 13, 1970 in Barcelona ) is a Spanish lawyer, trade unionist and politician. She has been a member of the Democratic Convergence Party of Catalonia since 1996 and was appointed Minister of Social Affairs and Health in 2012. From June 22, 2015, she was Vice-President and Spokeswoman for the Catalan Government under President Artur Mas .
In the Catalan parliamentary elections on September 27, 2015, she ran for the Junts pel Sí list . Neus Munté is currently Vice-President, Minister of Social Affairs and Family and spokeswoman for the Catalan government under President Carles Puigdemont , which emerged from these elections.
