The Neutra Office Building is a residential and office building in Los Angeles , California designed by the Austrian architect Richard Neutra (1892-1970) .

The classic modern building was erected on Glendale Boulevard in 1950. Neutra's son Dion Neutra was also involved in the construction. The two-storey building has a floor area of ​​450 m². It has two residential units, two conference rooms and reception areas. The furnishings from the 1950s have been preserved.

Neutra ran his architecture office in a studio until his death in 1970. Dion Neutra took over the house and used it as an architecture office until the 1990s.

The Neutra Office Building has been on the Los Angeles Monument List since 2000 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) on March 8, 2004 . In 2006, Dion Neutra put the building up for sale for $ 3.5 million.
