New Jack (band)

New Jack is a five-piece rap group from Bern . The group publishes specially produced hip-hop tracks in English and French with elements of R 'n' B and creative breakdance interludes.

history

The founding members in 2005 were Yung Blood, MC-R and T-Mouth. Later the group was expanded to include members Dan-G and Lil 'Chris; In 2006 rapper Bright-D joined the group. The group soon appeared at public concerts for the first time, such as in the Zurich scene club X-Tra and at the Gurten Festival .

After an EP, the rap group released their first album New Jack: The Resurrection with 13 pieces of music in the second year . Since the group separated from the founding members Lil 'Chris and Dan-G, New Jack has been relying more and more on elements of breakdance and incorporating them creatively into the tracks. The group also appears at numerous events throughout Switzerland.

In 2011, New Jack took part in the casting show the greatest Swiss talents and reached the semi-finals.
