The New York Institute of Finance ( NYIF ) is an American educational institute founded in 1922 by the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Wall Street .

The Institute of Finance offers training to professionals in the financial sector and companies around the world. In 2015 the institute had over 35,000 students from more than 120 countries. One of the institute's former students is Warren Buffett, the most successful stockbroker of all time .
