Niafunké (district)
Niafunké is the name of a district (French cercle de Niafunké ) in the Timbuktu region . The district is divided into nine municipalities, the population in the 2009 census was 184,285.
Municipalities: Niafunké (main town), Banikané Narhawa , Dianké , Fittouga , Koumaïra , Léré , N'Gorkou , Soboundou , Soumpi .
