Nico Meerholz

Nico George Meerholz (born October 23, 1959 ) is a South African badminton player .

Career

Nico Meerholz took part in the 1992 Olympics in men's doubles with Anton Kriel and in men's singles. In both disciplines, however, he lost in his opening match and was 17th and 33rd respectively in the final score. In the same year the pairing Meerholz and Kriel had already won the African Championship. Further victories at the South African Championships and the South Africa International also have an impact on his track record.
