Nico de Vries
Nico de Vries (born April 12, 1961 in Maastricht ) is a Dutch actor .
Life
Around 1985 de Vries studied at the Toneelschool Maastricht , an important Dutch drama school in the southeast of the Netherlands. There he met his future wife, the actress Carine Crutzen . Together they are parents of two children, Vincent (1990) and Sebastiaan (1994). The family lives in the Dutch city of Haarlem, not far from Amsterdam.
In his acting career so far, main and supporting roles have alternated. He achieved a certain level of awareness primarily through several roles in various crime and police series. These included the Dutch productions Baantjer , Unit 13 and Spangen . In the children's series Otje , he played a leading role as father Tos.
