Nicolás González , full name Daniel Nicolás González Álvarez , (born June 23, 1997 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.83-meter-tall offensive player González has played for the youth teams of Club Atlético Cerro since 2011 . On August 30, 2016 he made his debut there with the professionals in the Primera División , when he was coached by José Puente on matchday 1 of the 2016 season in the 1-0 away win against Centro Atlético Fénix in the 8th minute of stoppage time and thus in the 98th minute of play for Facundo Peraza was substituted on. During the 2016 season he was used seven times (no goal) in the league.
