Facundo Peraza , full name Facundo Peraza Fontana , (born July 27, 1992 in Canelones ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.84-meter-tall attacking player Peraza is the son of the former soccer player Jorge "Pato" Peraza and brother of the soccer player Agustín Peraza . In his youth he played from 1997 to 2005 - initially in baby fútbol - for the A. Juanicó club in the Canelones department . In 2006 he was committed to the Club Nacional de Fútbol and was there in the "Séptima" active. He spent the second half of the year in the Séptima at Club A. Juventud. In 2007 he played for Club San Francisco and was part of Canelones' U-15 department selection. In 2008 and 2009 he was in the ranks of the U-18s of Club A. Juanicó. In 2008 he was also a member of the department's U-18 team. The following year he was part of the U-19 selection, while at Juanicó he was both a U-18 and a member of the Primera División, for which he also played in 2010 and was top scorer. In 2011 he joined Boston River and was in the "Cuarta División" that year. In the 2012/13 season he played twelve games in the Segunda División for Boston River , scoring two goals. In mid-2013 he was loaned to his former club Juanicó for a month and played four games there. In January 2014 he moved to Ecuador for second division team SD Aucas in Serie B, where he was given a one-year contract with a purchase option and a subsequent term of another two years. At Apertura 2014 he joined the first division club Atlético Atenas . There he played 20 first division games (eight goals) in the 2014/15 season. In the first half of July 2015 he switched to CD Cobreloa . With the Chileans he played in ten league games (two goals) and four games (no goal) of the Copa Chile . At the end of February 2016 he joined the Uruguayan first division club Atlético Cerro and played four league games (no goal) in Clausura 2016.
