Nicola Zahner (born August 2, 1994 ) is a German soccer player .

He went through several youth teams of the VfR Aalen from the C-youth to the first professional team. At the age of 19 in 2014, he received a professional contract with the then 2nd Ligsten VfR Aalen. In the following season, Zahner was mostly used in the 2nd team of VfR Aalen in the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg (5th division).

After VfR Aalen was relegated to the third division, VfR Aalen's second team was disbanded and Peter Vollmann became the new coach of VfR Aalen. In this season 15/16 Zahner was often in the squad in the first half of the season and played occasionally. In the second half of the season he was almost never in the squad and played the second half in the last home game of the season, which was his last game for VfR Aalen.

Zahner switched to the TSV Essingen (6th division), about 5 km east of Aalen , for the new 2016/2017 season . After three seasons, he moved within the league to TSG Hofherrnweiler-Unterrombach in summer 2019.
