The Frostman Glacier is a wide glacier with a slight gradient on the Ruppert coast of the West Antarctic Marie Byrd Land . It flows immediately west of the counter cliffs into the south side of Hull Bay .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy between 1959 and 1965. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1974 after Thomas O. Frostman (* 1943), meteorologist at the US plateau station in Year 1968.
