Niederrheinstrasse 327
The residential building Niederrheinstrasse 327 in Düsseldorf was built in 1957 according to plans by Joachim Neiser. In doing so, the architect created a building that "in its lightness and linearity gives the design language of the 1950s a timeless topicality".
description
The building is free-standing and has two floors. Both the crooked contours of the house and the contrasting color scheme distinguish the house from its surroundings - it “is characterized by the lines of the outline and the contrast between the black painted side walls and the light glass front ”. The side walls are partially protruding and sloping; The pent roof is also sloping.
