Lower Saxony's agri-environmental programs

The Lower Saxony agri-environmental programs, or NAU for short , promote the introduction or maintenance of extensive , resource-saving and particularly environmentally friendly production processes in agriculture. Specific funding will be given in 2006

• environmentally friendly methods of slurry spreading ,
• the creation of flower strips ,
• the extensive use of grassland and
• the introduction or retention of organic cultivation methods .
