The NiedersachsenBahn GmbH & Co. KG is a railway company (PSC), which as the operating company for the metronome railway company acts. It is a joint venture between the private Osthannoversche Eisenbahnen AG (60%) from Celle and the state railways and transport company Elbe-Weser GmbH (40%) from Zeven . The company is also based in Celle.
