Niels Fuglsang

Niels Fuglsang (born June 29, 1985 in Copenhagen ) is a Danish politician of the Social Democrats . In the 2019 European elections, he received a mandate in the European Parliament for his party.

Life

Niels Fuglsang studied from 2005 to 2012 at the University of Copenhagen with a bachelor's and master's degree at Sciences Po in Paris .

From 2011 to 2013 he worked in the office of the Danish MEP Jørgensen, then as a campaign advisor and later a senior advisor for his party. He was also a campaign worker for Greenpeace in 2013.

From 2016 he was an external lecturer in applied environmental policy at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.

MEP

Fuglsang is a member of the EU Parliament's Committee on Industry, Research and Energy and the Delegation for Relations with the People's Republic of China. He is a deputy member in the Economic and Financial Committee and in the delegation in the joint parliamentary committee with Turkey.
