Niki Marvin

Niki Marvin (born before 1987 ) is an American film producer .

Life

Marvin began her career in 1987 as a unit manager for the horror film Nightmare III - Freddy Krueger Lives . In 1990 she produced her first feature film, Midnight Cabaret , another horror film with Michael Des Barres in the lead role. After two television films in the early 1990s, she produced the prison drama The Condemned , based on a short story by Stephen King , in 1994 , which was nominated for seven Academy Awards. Marvin himself received an Oscar nomination in the Best Picture category , but was as empty as he was when he was nominated for the PGA Award . As a result, she no longer produced any other films; their last work dates from 2004, when they in personal union as a producer, director and screenwriter, the second episode of the two-part miniseries Private Islands turned.
